Just bought my 14 year old a Lyon/Washburn Acoustic guitar. How do I attach the strap to the guitar?

atatch it to the head stock–u will need a thin piece of leather or cloth to go under the strings just above the nut—-they make straps specifically for that type of guitar–a regular dual slot strap will work though with some modifications–have fun!!
