Just bought a used one in great shape but needs new strings. Steel string guitar, don't want anything too fancy because its a backpacker guitar just to play around the campfire and things like that.

Strings can make a lot of difference in determining what sound you get from your guitar, so don’t be too quick to save a couple bucks on strings. For an extra $5 or so you can step up to an Elixir or other high end string that is going to sound nice and full and hold up a little longer. If your new to the guitar I suggest getting a thin string. You’ll lose a little volume but they will be easier to play. Good Luck!
